• You have a PhD degree or you have completed your master’s degree with excellent results at a university and have already gained five years of relevant professional experience (full-time) in consulting or industry. Energy management is your focus.
• You have a high affinity towards innovation management, digitalization and sustainability.
• You have an initial proven track record of successfully completed projects in the areas of innovation, digitalization and sustainability.
• You have excellent project management and organizational skills.
• You bring a willingness to collaborate as well as coach and mentor your colleagues.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills – both at CXO level and with employees in the client company – and are fluent in German. In addition, we expect excellent English skills.
• You have already gained international experience.
• You have demonstrably excellent analytical skills as well as structured thinking and find creative ways to solve problems.
• Your social skills are particularly strong and are reflected in your ability to work with different stakeholders, your intercultural competence, your creativity and your team spirit.
